Steps to Set Up a QR Code Checkpoint

1. Navigate to the Site

  • Go to the Activity Dashboard and click on Sites.

  • Locate the site where you want to set up the checkpoint.

  • Enable Field Setup to make the site editable.

2. Add a Task Blueprint

  • Scroll down and click on Add Task Blueprint.

3. Name the Checkpoint

  • Give the checkpoint a descriptive name, such as “Floor 2 South Stairwell.”

  • Assign a unique value for the site level. For example:

    • First checkpoint: “CommonAR”

  • Additional checkpoints: Increment the unique value (e.g., “Common AR2” for Floor 3 South Stairwell).

4. Add Special Instructions

  • Write clear instructions for the security team.

    • Example: "Reference training media photo on how to angle required image."

5. Add Photos or Videos

  • Upload photos or videos to serve as training guides for the team.

    • For example, you can upload an image of the specific location (e.g., Floor 2 South Stairwell) to show the desired documentation angle.

6. Configure Required Attachments

  • (Optional) Specify the number of photos required for documentation.

  • Optionally, allow the team to add notes or feedback during the scan.

7. Save and Exit

  • Click Save and Exit to complete the setup.

Finalizing the Setup

  • Exit Field Setup Mode so your team can complete the checkpoint.

  • You will now see a QR code icon next to the checkpoint, indicating it is ready for scanning.
