How to add Site Notes

Use Site Notes to store important details, files, images, and videos for any site.

1. Open the Site Notes for a Site

  1. Sign into your account.

  2. Click Sites in the top navigation.

  3. Select the site you want to update.

  4. Click Site Notes in the site menu.


2. Edit the Site Notes

At the bottom of the Site Notes page, click Edit Site Notes.

This will open the Site Information page where you can update the notes.


3. Add and Format Text

You can type directly into the editor and use the formatting toolbar to style your text, just like in any standard text editor.


4. Attach Files, Images, or Video

You can embed files directly inside your Site Notes.

To attach a PDF

  1. Click the paperclip icon in the toolbar.

  2. Choose a file from your computer.

  3. The file will appear embedded in your notes, and you can type around it as needed.

To embed an image

  1. Click the paperclip icon again.

  2. Select an image file.

  3. The image will be added inside your notes, and you can type around it as needed.

To embed a Video

You can embed a video from YouTube or Vimeo.

  1. Click the hyperlink icon in the toolbar.

  2. Paste your video link.

  3. When prompted, select Yes to embed it.

  4. The video will be displayed directly in your Site Notes.


6. Save Your Changes

When you’re done editing, click Update Site at the bottom of the page.
