How to Reorder Tasks on a Site

You can easily change the order of tasks for a site.

1. Navigate to the Site

  1. Go to your Activity Dashboard.

  2. Click Sites in the top navigation.

  3. Select the site you want to update.

2. Open Field Setup

  1. At the top of the site page, click Field Setup.

  2. Scroll down to the Tasks section.

3. Reorder Tasks

  1. Find the task you want to move.

  2. Click and hold the left side (drag handle) of the task.

  3. Drag it into your preferred order.

You can repeat this for as many tasks as needed until everything is arranged correctly.

4. Save Your Changes

Once you’re done:

  1. Scroll back to the top of the page.

  2. Click Field Setup again to save your changes.

Reordering tasks helps ensure your team follows the correct process in the right sequence, improving consistency and efficiency in the field.
