Setting Up Early Tour Notifications

Early Tour Notifications can be used to notify the appropriate team members when a tour is started before the scheduled timeframe.

How to Enable Early Tour Notifications

  • Navigate to the Site where the tour is assigned.

  • Enable Field Setup.

  • Select the Tour you would like to set up Early Tour Notifications for.

  • Click Edit.

  • Scroll down and check the box for Early Tour Notifications.

What Guards See on Mobile

When a guard attempts to start a tour before the correct time, they will receive a prompt on their mobile device notifying them that they are trying to begin the tour early.

This prompt gives the guard the opportunity to stop and wait until the correct timeframe before starting the tour.

If the guard selects "Cancel" and does not start the tour early, no Early Tour Notification will be sent.
