Locating the Observation
To do this, we will use the Activity Dashboard.
Filter by site and select the site the observation was made for
or click more filters and select the security officer who made the observation.
Sharing the Observation
Click into the observation and click the Share button.
Enter the recipients email address or phone number and click Share Observation.
Every Observation has a unique ID located right next to the Share button. This ID can be used to quickly locate an Observation in the activity dashboard.
Confirming an Observation has been shared
Once an Observation has been shared, it will show it's Share History at the bottom.
If there is no Share History present, this observation has not been shared yet.
