Observations

Observations are used to document unusual activity or anything that happens outside of your routine duties.

To create an observation:

  • Tap the (+) button in the bottom-right corner of the app

  • Select observation

  • Fill out the note section

  • Attach image(s) or video

  • Click done

Tours

Tours are made up of a sequence of tasks that need to be completed during your shift. Each task may be a checkpoint or a procedure.

A checkpoint is usually a quick stop at a specific location.

A procedure requires you to complete a specific action.

Some tasks may require you to scan a QR code or NFC tag. If a scan is required, an icon will appear next to that task in the tour.

Site Notes

Site Notes provide important information about the property you are working at. Admins and supervisors may use this section to share site-specific instructions, duties, uniform requirements, reporting expectations, patrol responsibilities, or anything else you should know while on-site.

Timeline

The Timeline is used for pass-down notes between guards working at the same property. This is where guards can share important updates, reminders, or information that the next guard may need to know.

Examples include BOLOs, missing equipment, access notes, or messages like: “I left the keys to the maintenance closet in the lockbox in Jim’s locker.”
