Tours create a recurring patrol schedule for a Site. After creating a tour, you can add existing Site tasks in the order guards should complete them.
Before you begin, create any tasks you want to include in the tour.

Creating the tour
In the left navigation, select Sites.
Select the Site where you want to create the tour.
Select More, then select Field Setup.
Enable Field Setup Mode if it is not already enabled.
In the Tour Blueprints section, select Add Tour Blueprint.
Enter a name for the tour. Use a name your team will recognize, such as “Hourly Patrol” or “Evening Property Check.”
Optionally, add an Operating note with instructions or important information for the patrol.
Set the tour’s Start time and End time. These times define the schedule window when the tour should be completed.
For a 24 hour window, the start and end time should be the same.
Select the days of the week when the tour should run.
Select a Patrol frequency:
Hourly: The tour repeats every hour during the scheduled window.
Times within window: The tour runs a selected number of times during the scheduled window.
Custom times: The tour runs at specific times you choose.
If needed, enable Late tour alerts to send notifications when the tour is not completed on time.
If needed, enable Early tour alerts to send notifications when a guard completes a task before the scheduled tour window begins.
Select Create tour template.
