Create an Access Group
In the left navigation, select Access Groups.
Select New access group.
Enter an Access group name.
Use a clear name that identifies the Sites or team members it applies to. For example, you might create a group named “Downtown Properties” or “Night Patrol Team.”
Under Site scope, select the Sites that should be available to members of this group. You can use the search bar to find a Site, then select its checkbox.
Under Assigned users, select the people who should use this Access Group.
You can assign:
Client users: Client contacts or users who need access to the selected Sites.
Team members: Guards and supervisors who need access to the selected Sites.
Select Create access group.
The selected Sites are now available to every user assigned to the Access Group.
Edit an Access Group
In the left navigation, select Access Groups.
Select the Access Group you want to update.
Select Edit.
Make the needed changes:
Update the Access Group name.
Add or remove Sites from the Site scope.
Add or remove people under Assigned users.
Save your changes.
Changes to an Access Group update the Site access for its assigned users. Review the Site scope carefully before saving to ensure each user can access only the Sites they need.
