1. Open Feed
Tap your profile photo in the app.
Select Feed at the top of the menu.
Feed displays team updates and posts you have permission to view.
2. Create a post
Open the new post option and enter your update. You can:
Tag an individual to direct the update to a team member.
Tag the company to address the entire team.
Tag a site to link the update to that site and automatically add it to the site’s Timeline, also known as pass-down notes.
For example, you could tag a site and post: “Please check the lighting near the playground. Residents have reported that the lights are out.”
Who can see site-tagged posts?
When a site is tagged, the post is only visible to users who have access to that site through their access groups. Users without access to the site will not see the post.
3. View a post in the site’s Timeline
Site-tagged posts automatically appear in the site’s pass-down notes.
Tap the site tag in the Feed post.
Open the site’s Timeline.
Find the update in the site’s history.
This makes site updates available for reference during your shift and future handoffs.
4. Comment and react
You can comment on posts to ask questions or share additional information.
You can also leave a reaction, such as a thumbs-up, checkmark, or exclamation mark.
5. See who has viewed a post
Feed automatically records when users view a post. You do not need to send a separate acknowledgment for your view to be recorded.
Tap Seen by on a post to see who has viewed it.
