The Daily Insights Report PDFs are no longer generated immediately. They are now generated in the background and sent via email upon completion.
We made this change because larger reports could take too long to generate, which sometimes caused the process to fail before the PDF was created. Generating the PDF in the background makes the process more reliable, especially for larger reports.
If you're already receiving a scheduled Daily Insights Report by email, you can avoid the extra download step by enabling "Include PDF download link in email" in your Notification Preferences. This will include a direct PDF download link in your Daily Insights Report email, so you won't need to manually request the PDF.
