Setting Your Account Time Zone
Step 1: Access Account Settings
• In the upper right corner of your screen, go to the menu.
• Choose Accounts from the options provided.
Step 2: View Account Details
• Locate the Current Account label and select View next to it.
Step 3: Edit the Account
• Click the Edit button near your account name.
Step 4: Select the Time Zone
• Under Time Zone, click the drop-down menu.
• Select the appropriate time zone for your account.
Step 5: Save Changes
• Once selected, click Update Account to finalize your time zone setting.
Your account time zone is now updated!
Customizing Individual Site Time Zones
By default, all sites inherit the account-level time zone, but you can set custom time zones for each site as needed. Here’s how to customize the time zone for a specific site:
Step 1: Go to the Sites Tab
• Scroll up to the navigation menu and click on Sites.
Step 2: Select the Site
• Find and select the site you want to update.
Step 3: Access the Edit Menu
• Next to the Enable Field Setup button, click on Edit.
Step 4: Change the Site’s Time Zone
• Scroll down to the Time Zone section.
• Click the drop-down menu and choose the desired time zone for this specific site.
Step 5: Save the Changes
• Click on Update Site to apply the new time zone.
Now, all reports and activities for this site will reflect the updated time zone. For instance, changing Infinity Offices from Pacific to Central Time Zone will ensure that all reports sent to customers display the correct local time for the site.
